We start with a warm water hydrobath, using premium natural shampoos that lift dirt and grime without irritating the skin. Your dog’s face is then gently washed with a no-tears Blueberry facial while we clean away any tear stains or build-up around the eyes.

 

A conditioning treatment follows to hydrate the coat, restore softness and shine, and help protect your dog’s skin.

 

Once they’re fresh and clean, we blow-dry or towel-dry depending on what your dog is most comfortable with, then give them a quick brush-out to leave their coat smooth and tangle-free.

Every wash or groom also includes complimentary nail trimming and ear cleaning (if required), and we finish with a subtle, natural after-bath cologne — never those strong, synthetic scents that dogs (or us) can’t stand.
