BATH & TIDYUP

Our Tidy-Up Package is perfect for puppies and for keeping your dog’s skin and coat healthy between full grooms. It’s an ideal way to introduce puppies to grooming gently — nothing is taken off the body, and the experience is less intensive than a full haircut. This package includes everything in our Bath Only service, plus a basic brush out and some scissor tidying of the face to keep your dog looking neat and fresh. We recommend booking a Tidy-Up between full grooms to reduce the chance of matting and to keep your pooch looking, feeling, and smelling their best. Package includes: Warm water hydrobath with natural shampoo and conditioner, tailored to your dog’s coat and skin. No-tears face wash for gentle facial cleansing. Ear cleaning to support healthy ears. Blow-dry and brush-out to remove loose hair and prevent matting. Face tidy to keep your dog looking neat and adorable. Sanitary clipping of feet, belly, and groin areas. Complimentary nail trimming if required. After-bath cologne for a fresh finish.

BATH & HAIRCUT

A complete nose-to-tail pamper including a gentle bath with natural shampoos, skin and coat conditioning, no-tears face wash, and thorough ear and eye cleaning. Finished with a warm blow-dry, brush-out, and a full body haircut to a style and length that suits your dog. We also tidy the face, trim around the sanitary areas (including footpads, belly and groin), and finish with a spritz of after-bath cologne. Complimentary nail trimming is included if needed.

DE-SHED ADD ON

Got a double-coated dog that’s dropping fur like it’s going out of fashion? Our De-Shed add-on keeps the fluff under control and your home a whole lot cleaner. It’s $25 per 15 minutes and, yep, it’s compulsory for most double-coated breeds — because doing it properly is the only way to keep their coat healthy and comfortable. We don’t mess around with gimmicky de-shedding shampoos or products that actually make the shedding worse. Instead, we do it the right way — all manual. Brush, comb, natural products, and a force dryer to strip out that loose undercoat. The result? Less hair on your couch, a dog that feels a million bucks, and longer-lasting results without irritating their skin or coat.

Each coat, personality, and grooming goal is different, which means every session takes its own level of time and care. That’s why our prices are a guide, not a rule. We believe in fair and individual pricing, not one-size-fits-all rates. Before confirming your final quote, we always like to see your dog in person to make sure you’re only paying for the time and care they actually need.

If it’s your dog’s first visit, their last groom was more than 6–8 weeks ago, or their coat has gotten a little out of hand, the appointment may take longer (and cost a little more) while we get everything back in top shape. Once they’re on a regular grooming routine, things become smoother — and more affordable — for you.

Our average price guide below is based on size and weight, since these factors have the biggest influence on grooming time. Most dogs will fit comfortably within these averages.

Some breeds, however, need more (or less) grooming than their size alone would suggest. For those, we offer fixed pricing to keep things clear and consistent — you’ll find these listed just below the average price guide.

Prices listed do not include GST.
Double-coated breeds must add a de-shed service when booking a bath only.
A $65 blade replacement fee applies for severely matted coats that require pre-clipping.
Dogs over 35kg are accepted by application only and must stay on a recurring 4-week schedule.
We’re more than happy to work with anxious or nervous pups, but aggressive behaviour can’t be accommodated. Any biting or unsafe conduct will result in the groom being stopped immediately, with full payment still required.
