TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING SERVICES PROVIDED BY ONE FUR ALL:
​By booking and using any of One Fur All's Salon services, you are agreeing to abide by the following rules:

​Drop-off procedures:

The doorbell is located next to the gate on Abington Crescent. Please press it once and wait to be greeted.
-
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early or late for your appointment time as this may cause delays for us and our other clients.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the appointment cancelled. No-show policy and charges will apply.

​All dogs must be on a lead and collar, suitable harness or in a travel crate.
-
DO NOT open any gates or partitions on the premises at any times. There may be dogs roaming and these gates are there for everyone’s safety.
​​Pick-up procedures:

Please wait until one of our groomers has contacted you before returning to pick up your dog. This is because your dog will become too excited for us to safely work on once they know you are here.
-
You acknowledge that should you return to the premises for any reason once the groom has begun, we reserve the right to end your dog’s groom and full payment for the services booked will be due.

All dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of us sending you an SMS or at a pre-agreed time. After 30 minutes of us contacting you, a boarding fee of $50 per hour or part thereof will apply.
Payment
Payment must be made at the completion of the service and can be done so in the following ways:

CASH: Please have the correct cash as change is not always available. In the event change is not available the balance will be applied as a credit to your account. Discounts will not be given for lack of change.

PAYID bank transfers are available and must be completed before you arrive to pick up your pet. Please include your pets’ name/s as your payment reference.

Eftpos payments are available on the day.
​Cancellation policy
-
​Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be subject to any charges or conditions. And will be welcome to rebook.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in 100% of the quoted price being charged to the card we have on file.

We collect a credit or debit card at the time of booking for late cancellation and no-show protection and by using our services you authorise to us to charge this card in the event of a no show, late cancelation or unpaid appointment.
​ No-Show policy
-
​A no show will occur if you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without making alternate arrangements prior to your appointment time.

In the event of a no-show appointment, you authorise us to charge 100% of the booking fee to the card we have on file. If no card is on file, or we are unable to process the payment for any reason, future bookings will not be accepted until the arrears amount has been cleared.

In case of repeat cancellations or no shows, prepayment may be required for us to accept future bookings.
Pricing policy

​All prices given on our website are "starting from prices". Unless stated otherwise, these prices will apply to toy and/or small breeds with larger breeds having an increased price.

All prices given over the phone or without having personally assessed your dog, are an estimate only and are subject to change at management’s discretion.
-
Extra charges will apply for excessive matting and/or, extra time grooming.
-
Extra charges will apply for flea treatments where needed.
Change of mind policy​
-
Our cancellation policy applies for modifications to bookings. Modifications made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be subject to any additional charges, though discounts will not be applied for change of mind on the day.
​Flea policy
-
One Fur All does not offer flea baths as a normal service and expects all client dogs to be on appropriate flea treatments.
-
If fleas are found on your dog/s during their groom, they will be given a flea bath to kill their current flea infestation. This will be an additional cost of $50 per dog on top of any quoted price.

This is not a permanent fix and Flea baths do not offer any ongoing protection from fleas.​

One Fur All recommends using Simparica Trio or a similar product for ongoing protection against fleas, ticks and worms.
-
We reserve the right to send home any dog who presents with fleas and full payment for the quoted amount will still be due.
​Anxious dog policy
-
Anxiety can pose a threat for a dog and for the grooming staff, as anxious dogs can be easily triggered and lash out.
-
You agree to inform One Fur All if your dog suffers from anxiety or if any of the following apply:

My dog is on medication for anxiety.
-
My dog has a history of trauma.
-
My dog has been sedated for the groom.
-
My dog has previously experienced a difficult groom.
-
-
One Fur All reserves the right to end a groom if a dog is overly anxious with full payment still being due.
Aggressive dog policy
-
​One Fur All does not accept bookings for ANY aggressive dogs. If your dog shows signs of aggression, their groom will immediately be ceased with full payment being due.
Matted coat policy
-
Matted coats require additional time and care, and additional costs will apply for grooming.
-
One Fur All does not offer full body de-matting. In most cases severe matting or pelting will result in a full shave off of the coat.
-
At our discretion, we may demat small areas such as ears and tails if it does no cause pain or discomfort to the dog.
-
There are risks involved when de-matting or removing a matted coat and veterinarian treatment may be needed afterwards in some cases.
-
One Fur All accepts no responsibility for injuries or accidents incurred while removing matted fur and by using One Fur All’s services, you agree to accept all financial responsibility for any injury caused by removing the fur.

One Fur All reserves the right to not accept repeat bookings of heavily matted dogs due to owner neglect.
​Clipping of double-coated dogs​
-
One Fur All does not recommend shaving double coated breeds unless a medical reason has been established or it is in the best interest of your dog.
-
Shaving double coated breeds can lead to a variety of skin and coat conditions ranging.
-
One Fur All will discuss alternative grooming and in-between home care options.

Regardless of this advice, by choosing to clip or shave a double coated breed, you are accepting responsibility for all risks that come with this.
Excessive urination/defecation
-
Grooming can be a nervous experience for a dog and nerves can bring with them upset stomachs.
-
One Fur All recommends feeding your pet a SMALL amount of LIGHT food to settle their stomachs, 2-3 hours before the grooming appointment. Please allow plenty of outdoor time for them to go to the bathroom afterwards.

If your pet is excessively nervous or anxious, please do not feed your pet prior to grooming.
-
A minimum of $50 fee will apply for re-bathing and/or clean-up for pets that defecate or urinate excessively during the grooming process.
​Social media

You understand that One Fur All may use images, both supplied to them or taken by them, of my pets in their social media or website.
-
You agree to let One Fur All know in writing if I do not wish them to use images of my pet.
​​Privacy
-
One Fur All will use the information you provide them while providing grooming services and will not disclose that information to anyone unless legally required to do so. We will also send regular SMS and email communications and reminders.

By using One Fur All’s services, you authorise them to do so until such time as I stop using their service or ask them in writing not to do so.
​Card collection
-
One Fur All requires a credit or debit card be kept on file for no-show and non-payment protection.
-
By using One Fur All’s Services, you authorise them to charge your card in the event of no-show or for any outstanding money after each appointment.

If you choose not to provide this, One Fur All reserves the right to reject or cancel any bookings without further communication.​
